Project Specifications - Keashav Flats

• A common well (bore well), common overhead tank for general water supply connected with distribution line to toilets and kitchen.
• R.C.C. framed structure with columns and beams with 9" external brick wall and 4 1/4" internal brick walls.
• The entire flooring is Tiles. The toilet flooring is ante skid tiles and walls up to 4.5" to have dazed tiles.
• Doors and windows: Main door is of teak wood frame
• Others doors and windows are of Best quality country wood frame and paneled type shutters with Enamel painting. Windows and ventilators with grills painted
• Emulsion paint 2.coats all over internal plastered surface, over a coat of cement primer
• Cement paint 2 coats all over external plastered surface area, over a coat of lime wash
• The wardrobes in bedroom will be provided, without any door shutters.
• Necessary lofts will be provided in bed rooms and kitchen without frames and doors
